‼️UNSANITARY EQUIPMENT‼️: I'll talk about my experience after I get this point out.
We went Ziplining yesterday, Best of the Best. I essentially paid $350+ for 3 people + photos to now have to worry about a potential hospital bill and permanent scaring to my face.
I don't know what the heck type of bacteria I got eating up my chin that I'm praying doesn't get worse crossing clear across where the helmet strap sat on. It hurts and currently burns really bad.
This is a public health issue for patrons and needs to be addressed. The gloves are no better and would waiger are even worse in cleanliness.
PLEASE BEWARE of this! As a business, you will need to overhaul the cleaning process.
At this point from this alone, I want my money back because now I have to go pay to be seen, treated, and miss work!
MY EXPERIENCE: Booking was straight forward and easy. I called ahead of time to ask questions, the lady who gave me information was knowledgeable in her recommendations, pleasant to talk to and no complaints on my end.
Got in, plenty of parking, checked in, signed waivers, waited outside until it was time. Careful there are ants everywhere, but that's just how nature works.
They helped you strap in. Took us to a quick learning lesson - practice 1 time on a short line and got into it the real ones.
Our guides were good, I can't remember their names it was a pair. The man guide led the guide, he knew his stuff, liked his jokes and reassured you. The girl guide took care of the backend telling you when to go. She wasn't very talkative did her thing and honestly I could respect that. Everyone seemed to fit within their role and I don't expect people to always be on hype mode as long as they're not rude.
The lines, sites, hike and scappling down were good experience for me personally, and I would get the thrill of the rush.
In all honesty this would have been a 5 star review had I not experienced what I'm currently experiencing. I had intended to come back and do it again but now I'm to scared to.
They have horseback riding and canoeing available as well and the mining thing sifting through sediments.
Overall my experience was good, but my face breaking out and being in physical pain now is not, once I figure out how to treat this I will see how to proceed regarding this matter.
Use this information at your own discretion. I would not say to not go, just know what risk you're...

My fiancé discovered this place and booked us the Kayak and Horseback Riding tour based on the reviews. We were excited and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Honestly, where else in Florida can you experience an adventure that feels like you’ve been transported to another country?
We drove from Lake Mary for a 1:15 kayak tour, followed by a 4:30 horseback ride. The timing was perfect. After kayaking, our guide Wesley recommended checking out the Ocala square. We grabbed lunch at Big Hammock Brewery & Bites (delicious!) before heading back for our second tour. Everything lined up seamlessly we arrived back around 4:05 with time to spare.
Kayak Tour with Wesley The kayak ride was relaxing and serene. Unlike other Orlando-area kayak tours that can be strenuous, this one was a peaceful float that didn’t leave us exhausted. We watched zip-liners glide overhead, admired the sparkling water, and took in the beauty of the grounds. It felt like a gift to simply be out there. Thank you Wesley for a great tour!
Horseback Riding Tour with Megan & Zach Our horseback riding tour was led by Megan and Zach, who were both outstanding. Megan led from the front, keeping us entertained and giving clear direction on how to handle the horses—reminding us when to lean forward or back on hills to make it easier on them. Zach brought up the rear, making sure everyone was safe and finding the perfect spots for photo ops. Their love and care for the horses was obvious.
My fiancé rode Sammie and I rode Reno. Both horses were gentle, well-trained, and bonded quickly with us. Neither of us had ridden as adults, but Sammie and Reno knew the trails so well that the ride felt effortless. The pace was calm, the views were incredible, and safety was well-communicated.
Final Thoughts By the end of the day, we were smiling ear to ear. This was a magical experience relaxing on the water, connecting with the horses, and being guided by such a great team. The only thing we were sad about is having to say goodbye to our horses! (I’m serious, we fell in love)
We didn’t book the zip lines this time, but after seeing them, we know we’ll be back for another adventure soon.
Thank you everyone for such a...
Read moreAWESOME! JUST DO IT! For my 60th birthday I wanted to do something different and FUN! What a blast! Our guides (sorry guys, I have forgotten your names...maybe Brian was one?) anyway, they were great and SAFETY was paramount. We were double clipped at all times and given instructions each time we got to a new zip or adventure. One of the guests in our party, was unfortunately unable to continue at one point and the guides noticed quickly he was in distress, alerted the base station and by the time he was assisted from the platform, transport was waiting for him. (He's ok...it's hot in Florida!) Also reminds me, even though I hydrated, there were numerous places to get a drink along the course, which were greatly appreciated. Side note no bathrooms in mid air...just sayin"! Also, be aware, there are more than a couple stairs...but it's worth the climb. Really think twice about taking a phone or camera...where are you going to put it and how are you going to keep control of it. I cannot tell you how many cameras, cell phones and pair of sunglasses I have collected over the years snorkeling the rivers in the area....and your memories are forever locked inside. There are a few photo opportunities along the route where they take the photos, so if you want something to remember they have you covered and it won't cost you the price of a new phone! Also, really read all of the useful information when you are planning your tour, they know what they are talking about. Proper clothes, hair tied up and make sure if you want to go on a certain date or time, you book well ahead of time. Yes, book your appointment as there are only 10 slots available on a given tour. Rain or shine is also important to be prepared for and don't worry about your hair....a helmet is going to take care of that for you. Another thing about clothes...you are going to be wearing a harness that will hold onto you near the tender parts, we found fitness clothes and sun shirts worked perfectly....but you do you. Sad part was, although I was hot and tired, I really wanted to do it all over again! Well,...
