I didn’t want to go to some big crowded overrated pumpkin patch and I am SO GLAD we found this place 😍 Parking is easy and you’re greeted as soon as you walk up the beautiful walk way. The field is vast enough for children to run and play without worrying they will get lost or hurt. The slides, zip line, corn maze, bounce pad… and so much more, I can’t even list them all, are kid friendly for all ages and well maintained. The goats were very social as they came right up to the fence and we got to feed them some grass…. As far as food, they have the cutest country shop where you’ll find donuts to die for and the cider... and they have a cider slush with wine in it so you can kick back and throw one back while your kiddos dig in the giant sand pit! Plenty of tables and chairs and even well maintained public bathrooms WITH A BABY CHANGING TABLE! There were even chair to sit in there for privacy and EXTRA diapers!? A mom’s dreams come true! The owner was so kind, we talked about her vision with it all and how she wanted to be accommodating for all kids when they set everything up. The picture perfect place which will be our hidden gem...
Read moreI witnessed an exchange with the owner (the old lady) & a young family with a few little kids. As our family were leaving, the toddlers apparently cut across the very edge of the owners front yard to get to the (heavily advertised) giant slide, the owner began screaming at them to get off her "PERSONAL FRONT YARD"! She just kept going on & on for no reason! Clearly the parents were embarrassed & left. Then as we walked closer to the parking lot, the owner & her son Brett began to berate another mother with her clearly, 2 intellectually handicapped children for supposedly asking about the prices of the pumpkins. Brett seemed VERY AGGRESSIVE towards the mother & his own mother repeatedly told him to stop & that she was fine & handling it....I didn't hear the lady/customer say much of anything else...it was really uncomfortable to see & hear. We will never be back & I do not recommend this pumpin patch if you have any handicapped kids Note: We had seen this mom & her kids walking around, the kids didn't even seem to be verbal & they just played. Anyway...it...
Read moreMy family had a great time at this pumpkin patch! We showed up late afternoon, were given 1/2 off of the already low admission price, and it included all the activities. We felt like kids again bouncing on the jumping pad, rolling around in the corn wagon and having zip line races! So much fun! The patch is large, with wagons provided to pick and load your pumpkins and they sell big beautiful mums as well - 3 for $30! After all the playing and shopping, we chilled in their nice outdoor seating area overlooking the gorgeous farmland, watched the free range chickens, slurped on cider slushies and filled up on goodies from their store. In my nearly 50 years of going to pumpkin patches all over KC, this one has been the best imo. There is also strawberry and blackberry picking in season. ...
