We don't live in the area and visited the dog park to let our dog stretch her legs and burn off some energy after a few hours in the car. We found it to be very clean, spacious, and shady. It was separated into two sections - one general area, and one just for small dogs. Read moreWell loved and well cared for park. Started by a generous man to create a place for his beloved rescue pup to play with his all his buddies. Shady with comfy benches the ground is covered in wood chips rather than gravel which is much nicer. Nice little loop trail next to it as well. Run purely on donation. Be aware that the mulch will set you dog a-coughing as it will stick to the ball if you're playing fetch. Our dog coughed on and off for several days as if a piece of wood got stuck...
