Gorgeous park with serene lake. Nice trails and gorgeous fall views. Short walk from the lower older barn, then follow the treeline to the right and you'll see a path that takes you to the lake. It's a quiet and beautiful spot. Ticks are an issue on paths, use a preventative spray. There's a pavilion at the upper section of the park as well, and the recently opened nature center building. Enjoy the beautiful Stark Park in the southern part of the County!

The park is beautiful, and is still in the process of being finished. The trails need mowed, but more than that, they need to be thought out a little better. Lots of dead ends right now, but it looks like the proposed trails will help with that. The hills would be considered difficult by most, but they lead to some fantastic views of the surrounding farms. It will be exciting to sew what they do with this gem of a park.

Very nice park area with shelters and a visitor center that can be rented for events. It is great be place to hike , catch and release fishing , birding , or just a stroll through nature on the trails. The park offers about 4 miles of trail.

We rented out the pavilion for our baby shower and it was absolutely perfect. Very clean, plenty of power outlets and parking. We stopped by the night before and there were a lot of decorations and food left on the ground and we were worried it would be that way in the morning. But that was not the case. They had cleaned everything up and reset the tables and the place looked amazing. They truly care about the property and it's very affordable to rent for the day ($175). We couldn't recommend the...
