They still have the "Twillerly thing~ 'Round-About" in the back where the old "Tiger Town" use to be built back behind the baseball field. Great neighborhood park with a newer metal Tigertown playground, on a nice rubber mat that my kids love. They removed the old wood playground. There's also picnic pavilions, asphalt walking trail, sand volleyball, tennis courts, very large open field, baseball field, & flower garden. There used to be a really nice fenced in area with ride on toys for the little ones, but everything got removed for Covid unfortunately, so hopefully they bring that back. The one thing I think it needs is lights, so the park could be used after dark. There were several people there with flashlights just so the kids could still play when it starts getting...

Park is big, has a couple of playgrounds. Currently tore down tiger town but I heard they rebuilding it. Has a mile long track you can walk or run. Couple of baseball fields, tennis courts and pavilions. Only issue I have there and don't understand why people find the need to walk on the road when the track is not even ten ft away from the road. Cars have to go off road a little to get around them. Wish they would put a sign saying if the track is clear of snow and water walkers and runner must use the track and...

My kids don't like Howland Park as much as they used to, since they tore down Tiger Town. They still have the slides set up near the tennis courts that have been there since I was a little kid and just one new play set. It is a nice place to go if you like to walk on the track. We haven't been able to check out the trails since it has been so rainy this summer.

This place always has a crowd but, children love the park and the little trails to take walks and hikes on. Although its been nice in March but, the bathroom wasnt open. Only a porta potty was available when i went here. Needs more parking by the playground.
