Things I liked: Friendly customer service on phone and in-person A bounce house on the water - how cool is that?! The kids had fun diving from the top of the slides. It's a lake so there are small fish in the water, which is cool.

Things that can be improved upon: -There's no signage at all. Upon entering the first building you see, you discover it's a restaurant and think you must be at the wrong place. They need to have a sign out front or on the building. -Once you pay and leave the restaurant, there are no employees or personnel to be seen and you've just signed away all your rights on a waiver. If employees were present, they were unrecognizable as such. You're expected to figure everything out yourself. -For the bounce part, you pay for 1 or 2 hours, or for an all-day pass. There is no clock or any way for you to tell time so better take a waterproof watch. -Several of the bounce playground launch sites to help you get up out of the water were deflated so you had to swim a long ways to get to a functional one. -There is only two, single-stall bathrooms present and this is the only place to change your clothes. It bottlenecks quickly & we decided to leave to find a gas station rather than wait any longer.

NOTE: It is physically challenging for overweight people to get up onto the bounce house from the water

Overall, a fun experience but not worth...

As others have said, concert parking was a nightmare. If you're handicapped, stay away. They are not ADA compliant, my wheelchair bound friend was sitting behind a pick-up truck that had a generator running. She couldn't see and I couldn't hear. When I asked where the handicapped area was at, was told there wasn't one. Told them they had to provide for them. "Well we're new" from a man who who only give his name as Howard. No this is the same group that was handling the zoo concerts, they know better. While looking for a place where my friend could see from a security officer got belligerent with me and I asked for his CLEET ID, he refused and his supervisor come over, so I asked for his, he also refused and ran off. Sorry guys if you're working security and anyone asks for your CLEET card you must present it. And as others have said the place was trashy and seeing the men peeing in the lake, well just...

This place was off the chain! They had plenty of drink stands. They had bathrooms. They had an ATM though it was out real fast, security was on top of things, people were dropping like flies from dehydration and they got them medical attention fast. Parking wasn't to bad either, got in and our out quick enough considering the crowd. Beer and mixed drinks were VERY high tho, like hiway robbery but hey its a concert. Its a beautiful place too! Location is kinda remote which I think is a good thing. Crowd control went well too, kudos to the whole operation, and I'm referring to the Excision Concert a few weeks ago. And don't try to go to the convenient store near by after the show because they shut it down due to the fact that the concert goers all shoe up after and over run the place. Clean them out and even start stealing stuff because they don't want to wait, so get gas and smokes and beer and snacks...

I love that there is another outdoor concert venue available in the metro! The grounds are beautiful and able to hold large crowds. My only critiscms are that most of the vendors ran out of food and beer before the concert was over, and the parking seemed to be a bit unorganized because it took awhile to get out after the show. I'm sure they will work those issues out in time because I think they only started having concerts recently. Looking forward to the next concert there!
