Cherokee Casino Grove — Attraction in Oklahoma

Used to love this casino but now it's like what the heck happened whenever I first started coming here I had never won at a casino before I'd been trying to go and win at other casinos for four or five years and never had any luck came I'd been to cherokee several times hadn't won anything either and was like nah well one day I stopped in anyway didn't think I'd winand I wasn't gonna but I sure did and ended up putting the machine up too $1,600 it was not a jackpot I went ahead and cashed out and took it up there to the cage to get cashed she asked me for my ID ever since she took and put my ID through the scanner I have not won since the and I've put(4,000) grand into this place in the last month and half. most of it without using my card and I would hit 20 bucks here 20 bucks there maybe but took it so fast it was ridiculous ever since they scanned my ID through the system and I started using a card my ability to win or even get a red spinner even a hit has been none staff is rather friendly but y'all need to update your rewards play and your machines because when a man takes $4,000 out of his pocket in a month time spand and plays it you would think you would at least hit at least a few hundred dollars not even close to that not even. it's ridiculous I have been an every day customer here. For awhile now after I hit the 1600 and that was months ago but I'm not coming back here ever again after tonight losing four grand without hitting anything at all not even a couple hundred dollars throughout the last month is ridiculous and that comes to show that they are in it to get your money and not for you to have a good time or have entertainment most hungry slots I've ever seen my entire life and I'm an everyday casino goer to multiple casinos a day but those multiple casinos just lessoned by one cuz I'm setting this to my list of NOT TO GO. for me and if you do go to Cherokee casino best of luck to you because you're going to need every single bit of luck that you can get you better go find yourself a leprechaun cuz you'll have better luck of doing that than you will winning in Cherokee casino and that's kinda sad and the...

The “Security” and “Night Supervisor” is laughable! I am just curious what your policy says about weapons on the premises. What is considered a weapon? Would a knife be considered a weapon? When someone reported a weapon had been used to destroy their property while it was parked at your Cherokee Casino Grove why was nothing done about it? A WEAPON! The Delaware County Sheriff’s Department {I know they’re laughable too} was called and a report was made at your facility. Your Security and Management REFUSED to assist the officer so he could investigate the said weapon used on your property! So once again, what does your policy say about weapons on the premises? The only thing I have ever seen your “security” do is follow people around inside the casino and accuse them of taking penny tickets out of machines that are empty!! Heaven forbid!!!! Cherokee Casino can you please tell me why a flipping penny ticket, that someone clearly left on the machine because they didn’t want, is more important to security than a weapon in the parking lot destroying my property????? What does that tell your customers? It does NOT make me feel very secure leaving your casino at night by myself with money in my hand. Have been here several times the first time I thought the food was great but you seem to be going the wrong direction. The food has been cold on several occasions prime rib night it was cold even the aujus could not warm it up. Father's Day was a hot mess we realize you were busy but we were seated and several people after us were having there orders taken we did have a waitress that dropped her tray on some other customers and was shook up but someone should of stepped in she never returned to our table than another waitress took our orders another person I believe to be a manager brought the order and not once did anyone come back they offered tea to tables around us but they need to look around at your customers we had to go to the casino to get ice because no one acknowledged us then went back to get our drinks food again was cold. Had to find someone to get our ticket and a to go box to take food home to heat up all we got was we are busy. I have worked at restaurants and it was busy but not that busy to wait on your customers.
