If you value your money, time, and dignity, avoid this casino at all costs. My group of six friends visited this weekend, spending over 12 hours at the casino and collectively wagering more than $10,000. What started as an enjoyable night quickly turned into a nightmare when one of our friends was banned, forcibly removed, and had nearly $1,000 in cash confiscated under threat and intimidation—all due to a supposed malfunctioning slot machine.
Here are the shocking details: • Our friend cashed out a nearly $1,000 voucher from a slot machine around 4:00 AM. • The group continued playing until 9:00 AM, at which point we left the casino briefly to get food and return to our hotel. • Upon returning around 10:00 AM, after an additional 5 hours of gameplay and already being off-premises, the casino’s staff cornered our friend, accused them of “stealing” money from a faulty machine, and demanded repayment of the entire amount in cash. • The pit boss admitted the slot machine had been malfunctioning for at least two days, yet it was left operational on the casino floor. Why was the machine not disabled if they were aware of the issue? • Adding insult to injury, the casino did not refund the initial amount our friend deposited into this “faulty” machine. If the machine was malfunctioning, shouldn’t that include the money played into it?
The handling of this situation was beyond disgraceful. Our friend was treated like a criminal after hours of play and thousands spent. The security team and game management staff were rude, condescending, and seemed to relish in the intimidation. No explanation was given as to why this issue was addressed hours later or why our friend’s cash was forcibly confiscated after it had already been cashed out, spent, and played back into the casino.
This casino’s failure to uphold their responsibilities—leaving a malfunctioning machine on the floor, allowing players to unknowingly risk their money, and then turning around to demand repayment with no accountability—is utterly unacceptable. We will be filing a formal complaint with the Oklahoma Gaming Commission, and we encourage others who have experienced similar treatment to do the same.
This experience has left our group outraged and extremely dissatisfied. We will never return to this establishment, and we strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid this predatory, unprofessional casino at all costs.
Final Verdict: 0/10. Absolutely shameful behavior, zero integrity, and complete disregard for their own errors or their customers. We’ll be taking our money to establishments that respect...
Read moreI don’t know who is running this place, but it seems like they inherited it and don’t know what they are doing at all, and are not asking for help from people who do know. Their Kiosk system is the worse I have ever seen. You swipe your card and wait to be prompted for stuff. It goes through a power point presentation type thing, you have no control over, cant exit early and can’t start over until it finishes. Takes about 3 to 5 mins to go through your whole account. They have these monthly drawling and you can’t just swipe your card and activate your tickets and move on because it goes through everything every time. The two drawling I have been too, they have a line out the door waiting for people to activate their entries for over two hours, and they cut off people at the hour even though people have been waiting in line for over an hour. I guess they don’t know that people standing in lines are not playing slots, so it is costing them more than it would to have a good system. Zero security on the kiosk, if you leave your card in a slot machine, anyone can take it to the kiosk and access your info. You have no way of seeing how many points you have earned weather it’s for the next tier of free play or points that day. They often do hot seat drawling’s, but if you get into any free games at all, it kicks your card out of the system after 1 min. so if you are in free games that you might win $10, you lose your chance to win the hot seat drawling that are usually worth more. You Can’t see your season points while playing, which in 2023 should be easy to program. They just remodeled the front part of the lobby and its like they people who approved the design have never set foot in a casino. The POOR cashiers area was so poorly designed. The desk area where the money drawers and computers are is low to the ground while the customer counter is up high, so either the cashier has to sit down count your money and stand back up, or be bent over all day counting your money. It is the worst thing I have ever seen in a casino. And that part is for their employees. And back to the drawling’s, you have 1 min to get to the front lobby while also being actively playing. So if you get into said free games again and get your name drawn. You can’t get out of free games fast enough to get to the lobby to claim your prize. They always seem to be understaffed too. slot techs, waitresses...
Read moreMy friend group of 6 went to the casino this weekend. After over 12 hours and more than $10k in total spending, one friend would be banned, kicked out and had almost $1000 cash forcibly and threateningly removed, which was claimed by casino to be caused by a malfunctioning slot machine. Details: Group arrived around 8pm and we would leave around 10:00am after a member of our group was removed. Group would spend over $10,000 from arrival to departure. Friend was playing slots and would cash out a nearly $1000 voucher around 4am. We continued playing until around 9am when we left to get food out, and go to the hotel for a short time. Group returned around 10am and began playing until the player that had won almost $1000 earlier, was banned and almost $1000 cash was forcibly and threateningly removed. Pitboss says that the money was available due to a malfunctioning slot machine THAT HAS HAD THIS ISSUE FOR AT LEAST TWO DAYS but was still available on the floor. The nearly $1000 was available, cashed out and played through and then more money was retrieved while off premises. It wasn’t until after an additional nearly 5 hours on the floor and a trip off casino grounds, that the casino demanded payment back in the sum of almost $1000. This left the player distraught, intimidated, and uncomfortable with the amount of money that would be left after the “malfunction”, and casino demands. After the player ban, the group would leave, and we will never return to an establishment that cannot uphold their end, or offer any reparation for their mistake. Extremely displeased overall with how a situation at this extreme and with such consequence is handled here. Security is also very rude and takes pleasure in forcibly take money back from distraught players after an entire night of gambling. 0 star rating...
