I have found that this little place is a nice setting and has probably got the most potential of all the surrounding casino locations in/around Tulsa however there does seem to be a somewhat disproportionate number of workers to guests ratio. What I mean by this is that I find it disconcerting some visits to be scrutinized in such a noticeable manner as one can find oneself being here. I have, on four different occasions now, had managers or security invade spaces outside in the parking lot where I am for various, non-threatening or seemingly inconsequential reasoning. The first time was actually a bit scary as it was three different employees that had exited one of the doors facing the lot I was parked within and all zeroed in on myself as I was simply taking photos of their location for the purposes of posting along with a review. The quick and intent way they approached me was a little alarming for me as I simply had my phone that I clearly and without any sort of camouflage about the act itself, was only taking pictures and just needed to move around from one place to another to get a different angle. Another time I was waiting for another party we were meeting there and had security inform me I could not do so unless I went inside the facility, where I felt more scrutinized because I was not actively participating in any play until they did arrive. Then yet another, this visit was the most odd though as always, uncomfortable, when I had security zero in on me where I had briefly stopped by some severely in need of being dead-headed marigolds were growing by a walkway to question me concerning what I was doing there. (I wasn't aware picking any part of a flower, much less the dead and in need of removing parts, had become a problem for the keepers of the peace. Lol) Though I do enjoy the smaller size and that I have felt like I win a bit more often when I go here it still makes it difficult to truly enjoy these times because of the feeling of being so closely watched as if I have I'll intentions for the business or any of it's patrons. Seeing as how I am also all of a flat 5 foot tall sized smaller person, and female, I fail to understand why I apparently fit into some demographic of troublemaker to these employees. Weird. On the upside, this is definitely the location to go to if one has any sort of anxiety or fears of criminal activity falling them when they are visiting any casino, lol. So it does appear to be a decidedly safe location! Maybe somewhat too safe since it gives a person a little of a restrictive feeling. Tad on the creepy side but not because of the client atmosphere. Great unexpected views of the surrounding area though, overall one of the best smaller locations I've been to, just needs to be more hospitable for...
ย ย ย Read moreI've been a Google Critic for a while. I have a few views( and what not )so I think I'm pretty fair in my ratings of places and the service and or products they provide.
This place does doesn't provide a product of any kind and their services shall I say is subpar? Of all the casinos that I've been to in the state of Oklahoma the Osage Casinos are one of the most consistently poor in payouts, promotions,l and gaming.
I feel like I went into a poorly run convenience store where the staff is making minimum wage and so their morale reflects that. If I was only making minimum wage I too would probably not give a AF either.
They did not offer and food so I went and grabbed some down the hill in Sand Springs. I was eating a sandwich out in the parking lot and I got hounded by security just before I went in and lost a little bit of money that I budgeted for this tourist trap.
Osage Casino its a wrap I'm never going back! Here's a very serious public service announcent: There was no CoVid enforcement at all. No mandatory face masks, temperature checks, cleaning staff, or other environmental services what so ever.
The signage was the only thing that mentioned the massive CoVid problem that we're having right now.
I believe that all the elderly people in there will be the next wave of folks in the hospital over the coming weeks.
Even game sequestration was not enforced. I would check in on Grandma and Grandpa if they play at Osage Casino and recommend they stock up on the PPE. I would probably suggest a different casino to gamble their Social Security checks on.

ย ย ย Read moreWas in town visiting and thought I'd try my luck. What a joke. Place was dirty, multiple machines were broken. Some clearly marked, others stopped working mid play. Had 2 different machines take my money and not give me credits. There were MANY employees standing around, mostly talking to each other, intentionally ignoring customers needing assistance. And there were lots of people waiting to be acknowledged not wanting to have to go force an attendant to assist them. Which, ironically is what I ultimately had to do after not 1 but 2 different attendants literally brushed up against me as I sat with my light on waiting and neither stopped or could be bothered to assist in refunding my money the machine had stole. Had to leave my machine and go interrupt a team of 6 employees chatting away to get assistance. To top it off this place charges I believe 2 dollars for a soda, which u must stand in line to get. I spent so much time trying to locate a properly working machine, then having to get money refunded from 2 of 3 I attempted to play, I left disgusted, exhausted, and incredibly thirsty. I will never forget this place nor return to it. Apparently they don't want your money, and if they do, it's for non alcoholic beverages which should be free, so you shouldn't visit...
