A treasure of history and Cherokee culture. Beautifully maintained property, interesting exhibits. Josh the historical interpretor shared stories and information about the Cherokee people and the property that made us want to return again (and probably again after that too :)). Josh made the visit with his love and pride in being Cherokee and knowledge and appreciation of the natural beauty of the area. I am so happy to know this young man is serving the Cherokee nation and Oklahoma. Our history is in good hands. Thank you!

It’s beautiful! Full of facts & when we left, I was sad I didn’t “capture” anything. We went back in August 2020, and I was scrolling through the pictures yesterday, only to find I CAPTURED FACES. Plus a red orb! Red/Orange orbs in short, have taken on a “protector” role, which I find fascinating! These photos are unedited and authentic.
