Sparks Vineyard & Winery — Attraction in Oklahoma

I surprised my wife with a visit to Sparks Winery for her birthday. Once she realized where we were going she was ecstatic!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by three very friendly dogs which was hilarious. The scenery was gorgeous despite being an overcast winter day. As we neared the building, a very warm and amusing gentleman named Steve welcomed us.

Once inside, he told us about the wines and the processes. He was often funny and he was very informative. I am definitely not a wine drinker but Steve quickly figured me out and had me enjoying the several types they had. My wife was enjoying herself as well. The owner came inside to greet us and he was very kind as well. They gave my wife her own glass for her birthday which she was very excited about.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I'd definitely recommend visiting. There is plenty of parking and it's very clean inside and out. If you go, I'm certain you'll enjoy yourself as much as we did!

Hands down the best winery in Oklahoma. If you don't believe me, consider this. Sparks winery does not use any flavorings in their wine. Most wineries will add flavors to their wine if a batch doesn't come out right. Wineries are not required to include the use of flavoring on their labels. Sparks wine is 100% natural. The wine tasting with JL was the best wine tasting service I have personally experienced. JL is extremely knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy educating us newbies on the various types of wine they offer along with how to properly taste wine, the correct technique, and the reasoning behind...

The owners are knowledgeable, friendly and are a pleasure to deal with! So far I’ve tried the Cabernet Sauvignon and had the perfect balance, so smooth!
