If I could give this beach a 0 star I would. The public area is small as there is a fence on the right hand side and a sign on the left to divide the area from public to private. For starters, they do not allow coolers over 5 quarts and the rude staff checks bags once you walk in for alcoholic beverages as it is not allowed. After we settled down we open our SUN POP UP SHADE since there were no restrictions online or on the board of rules, immediately security came over and stated that we have to take it down because they did not allow tents (weird because there was no mention of this rule and there was a person right next to us with an actual TENT and they did not ask them to take it down) after an officer came and basically said take it down or be escorted out (with the cops) we decided to take it down. Even after we took it down and the officer left security stood there just watching us making us feel very uncomfortable. At this time we had enough and decided to leave because it was too much unjust treatment. We went to use the bathroom before leaving which was DISGUSTING toilet tissue everywhere and urine on the floor and it smelled horrible. Read moreThe beach is nice clean, they are really strict about not alcohol in the area..(I like it) It's safe... it's so hard to find parking spot most areas are private, and if you ask the local residents they won't help you.. !! If you not leave here you can't park here!! But we did it, there's streets by the bars they have 20 dlls you can park all day ... it was great.... Bring your food, around just junk food...
