Natural path with lush surroundings. The one way trail is quite wide, consisting of grass and ground cover. You can do the full 3.6 miles or do a 1 mile variant.
The trail starts and ends at a boat ramp, so you will be fighting for parking spots with trucks and trailers. But, once on the trail, it was pretty personal. I didn't see anyone else until I was exciting the trail, and a couple was just starting.
Unfortunately, the terrain is most flat and monotonous. You can hear the surrounding boat and road traffic, though the it's often drowned out by the bird chatter.
