Glen Oak Park — Attraction in Orange Township

As the name says Glen oak park this one is next to Glen oak elementary school. This is very beautiful park you won’t find much trees but you will see lot of green grass and nice views in the evenings. This one has sledge which is mainly open in winters for sledging in snow. Apart from that it has soccer field, kids playgrounds , shelters with barbecue. This park has also small ponds which gives nice views and has small nice bridges. Decided to try out a new park today at Oak park was very peaceful, saw a wild bunny while jogging 😊 Loved all the ponds & wooded areas. Loved all the houses& kids running around after school let out🤘😎☺️. Whether or not you're going to enjoy Glen Oak depends on what you want from a park.

There really aren't any trees, and the high tension wires crackle endlessly along one side of the park.

But, the pond, benches, & shelter house are all nice, and the playground looks like fun.

The sledding hill is LOTS of fun but a bit intense for younger kids. Be sure to wear boots with good snow traction if you're coming...
