Great place for swimming and paddling. The water is pristine and the lake is usually very uncrowded, even in the summer. Plenty of parking, bathrooms, picnic tables. I have not been to the campground but I hear it’s quite nice. Best thing to do: paddle out to one of the islands and have a swim and a picnic.
