The Wedding House at Palisade — Attraction in Orchard Mesa

I planned my dream wedding in just over 5 weeks. Every step of the way, Donna was right there with us.

First I must say Donna was incredible to work with. From our first phone call she was quick, attentive, caring and professional. Being from Illinois and flying to Colorado we could not bring many decorations and little wedding necessities, Donna offered what she had; plates, candles, she even built us an “altar” with wood that we draped with white curtain and flowers. The list goes on. She gave us space but was there when we needed her to be. Can’t say enough about this woman!

As for the venue itself, I loved getting married at the wedding house. It felt like I was right at home.The house itself was gorgeous and she offered us a bridal room to get ready the day of the wedding. The venue felt modern but also rustic and chic. There was plenty of space, but it accommodated my short 20 person guest list just as well. I loved having the barn for our reception. There were beautiful string fairy lights hung up all over the property. We were able to use the fire pit for a reception bonfire and it was a beautiful way to end the night out in the mountains with the starts shining bright and music playing. I loved it!

We did our ceremony here, and it was an absolute dream! The venue is truly one of a kind! If you are looking for a unique, and beautiful venue in the Grand Valley area, The Wedding House is perfect.

The views, and property are absolutely amazing. The outside of the barn doors are beautiful for pictures, as well as in the inside of the barn. The grassy area, and the cherry trees made our ceremony one of a kind. There are also beautiful roses throughout the yard, and a great view of the Mesa.

Donna was great to work with, and she even made all of our bridal bouquets and stayed within our budget. She was so accommodating on the day of, and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was always prompt, and she was a pleasure to work with.

Amazing place to get married! This past June, I booked the Wedding House at Palisade and I could not be happier with my experience. This venue has stunning views and is the perfect place if you are looking for an outdoor wedding/reception. Not only are the views breathtaking the Wedding House has everything you may need from a recently remolded bridal suite to a stunning rustic barn for dancing to items to rent.
