This place is so pretty! It’s a nice place to walk your dogs or just take a walk yourself. There are many lil paths you can walk about on. They have two restrooms available. And a little dog poo station to dispose if needed. Fairly decent amount of parking and the pathways are paved for the most part.

Very well mapped. Benches along the way (take all the time you need). Good reading and illustrated guides. Went during summer, so I photographed Osprey, Great Blue Heron, swallows, martins, etc. Great for the whole family, but it IS a nature preserve...

Well done project that takes a creative look at how to handle one of the unspeakable parts of a growing city: sewage. Flat and easily walked with a variety of loops and distances. Interpretive signs and lots of migratory bird life.

Great paved trails and packed gravel trails. This is a good place to come and watch birds at the right time of the year and if the water levels are high enough but it's also a great place to just get out and go for a walk or a run.

The outer paved loop is exactly 2 miles long and if you do the full outer loop, paved plus gravel, it's right around 3.75 miles. There are restrooms here but no running water, so if you plan to do an extended run bring your own water.

The trails / paths are fully exposed and there is absolutely no shade anywhere so be prepared to be out in the sun and dress...

A newer water treatment/conservation area with clear paths and growing numbers of birds observable throughout the area. The paths are a mix of paved and gravel that are wheelchair friendly. Not a lot of shade yet as most of the planted bushes and shrubs are still to small to offer protection to anything but the wildlife. A few information posts for the 5 miles of trails. An easy walk the whole way and is a good choice for someone wanting to observe...

Alan, Frank and I walked the paths along the wetlands area. Each area had a covered post explaining about the surrounding area explaining the eco friendly system that brings butterflies, beavers. Blue heron, yellow waddlers, ducks and geese, hawks... a plethora of birds. It was fun and invigorating to walk the paved and graveled marsh. We loved the lookouts and benches to sit down and take in the panoramic...
