Holloran Vineyard Wines — Attraction in Oregon

As a Hillsboro resident, I've been to a lot of tastings in Yamhill county. One piece of advice I'd give anyone, doing anything touristy is ask the locals where they go. On our most recent trip we started out by pointing at a random vineyard on the map near our inn, then started asking for recommendations. Holloran was recommended no less than three times before we decided to give it a try on a Saturday afternoon.

I'm struggling to come up with the words. The wine is phenomenal, the staff is amazing. For the first time in my life I've decided to become a club member at a vineyard. Every wine they put in front of us during the tasting was unique, and delicious. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and charismatic. Plus, don't get me started on the salmon board...

Nothing else really matters does it? Great wine, good food, wonderful staff, and all at sensible prices? We will (obviously) be...

Tremendous value to be found here. My friends and I first had Holloran at a wine bar in Denver (I think it was the Dundee Hills '16 Pinot), and ever since we've been believers. I've visited the tasting room twice and on the most recent visit, was fortunate enough to attend a tour of the vineyards led by Bill. Both times, I ended up shipping a case back home. Outstanding QPR. We've had some Oregon Pinots that clocked in at more than double the price point of some Holloran wines and I'd take Holloran hands down. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable team at a family-run business who makes stellar wine at affordable prices. What in the world more could you ask for? Love these guys. Can't wait to...

Great views. Great wine. Exceptional staff. From the outside it looks like a plain industrial building but you must visit the inside!!! The quote "don't judge a book by its cover" definitely applies here!!! We are from Michigan and stopped in for a quick visit before we fly back home, we had 3 little kids in tow and they were very accommodating, they even let one of our little guys pick some grapes to try. It isn't really a place that you want to bring kids because of the elegant, intimate ambiance inside, but we were grateful for the service. They are currently under construction in part of the area but it's almost finished, they're just working on unwrapping their beautiful new...
