I used to come here a lot before covid and it was really empty usually only like 3 other groups of people and sometimes just us! But ever since like covid ITS BEEN CROWDED. I don't know who made this place famous but now my parents and I don't go there anymore because whats the point there's no parking anymore and even if there is there's probably no more space at the little beach and to many dogs in the water ( I love dogs but I'm allergic so the fur that sheds in the water gives me allergies)
But when there wasn't to many people it was a nice place to swim in that was calm BTW the last time we went to "swim" in the river there was no parking left and to many people and that was 2021 or 2022 I don't remember but I think it was 2021
Also I would come here anyways but my parents would say no now because to many people and dogs so yea.... Btw I'm a kid not a professional I just miss swimming here
( ALSO PLEASE TELL ME WHEN THERE ARE LESS PEOPLE THERE SO MAYBE I CAN GO HERE AGAIN PLEASE IM BEGGING YOU!!! And also is it still crowded? If not i will...

The bridge had one major flaw, the bridge covering was too low not allowing loaded hay wagons or threshers with wheels to use the span. Despite this flaw, the bridge remained in service for seventy years. During the later years the bridge was replaced for use in vehicular traffic, but remained in use as a foot bridge until it was blown into the Molalla River in a severe windstorm on...
Read moreI really like what this park could become. Clean out the invasive ivy. Clear the brush. Destroy the blackberry deathtraps. Add some landscaping and a real paved parking lot and this place would be a great destination. Canby, step it up, this place could make more money than what you would spend making it awesome.
Eidt for summer 22:
Some of the trails have over grown with blackberries. Making some of the south trails to lesser used areas challenging. Again, Canby you are doing this place a disservice. It could be a great park.
Parking can be challenging. Check Google...
