Paradise Point State Recreation Site — Attraction in Oregon

Big beautiful beach just north of Port Orford. You can drive on the beach if you have a SUV or 4x4 vehicle. But a regular car probably would get stuck. But if you can make it down the steep little road then you can take your vehicle down to the beach and picnic, layout or whatever.

Only a couple people there when I was there in the late afternoon. I was there for about an hour completely by myself.

This was a cool one. I've never been to this beach before and we got a vacation rental just up the street so it was a just a few minutes walk. The beach was pretty much empty so it was cool to let the dog run around. There was access to drive onto the beach and I saw a Jeep driving around but you don't really see very often around here. Beautiful overlook to a gorgeous beach. Easy access to the beach, but none for wheelchair or walker, strictly for hikers and able-bodied. Nothing is paved or developed. It is a good place to take photos, especially of sunsets, star-gaze away from our tiny city-lights, look for agates, and just gaze out over the ocean and listen to the waves in peace.
