Bathrooms are pit-style toilets, clean and not smelly. It's easy to walk from parking lot to the sand, but I would not say easily accessible if you needed more than a cane.
There were picnic tables in the grass by the parking, but there were no shady spots. When we went, it was not busy at all (as it is far from commercial areas).
This beach is suitable for young kids!

Read moreThere is a small car park near the beach beside the Two-mile Creek which is still frequented by goldpanners. We go here often. The hard sandy beach is wide especially at low tides. Kite Surfers sometimes decorate the beach, mostly the birds call it home. It is not particularly good for beach treasures. It is almost always chilly. I usually wear tall boots so I can stand in shallow surf and walk through the flowing river...
