--- 2024/04/10 --- Back for our 3rd stay at Sumner Crest. Super easy off & on. They've added water service option to some of their RV spots available via Harvest Hosts.
Make sure to try their great chicken salad! 😀
--- 2023/12/28 --- We had our 2nd visit and stay via their Harvest Hosts offerings. Elected for power this time because at $20... why not!
Picked up two containers of their homemade chicken salad before we departed for an easy and healthier lunch option.
Super easy On & Off with the highway. Highly recommend! 🦊
-----2023/02/26----- Cute winery and #HarvestHosts with super friendly and accommodating owners/staff.
We arrived this afternoon and the owner helped us get parked in a boondocking site (our preference) out of the way as we won't Friday until tomorrow afternoon as we work remotely from the road.

The communications related to our stay from Brittany was perfect including a picture marked up for our space location. We chose one of the 3 RV spaces with electric for $20. They also have 2 spots without electric. There were 4 of us Harvest Host families here. The winery is very nice with a large covered outdoor area to taste. They also have a huge gift shop and nice employees. The wine flight we had was good and the wine slushies were great! They also have a lot of delicious specialty block cheeses, homemade pimento cheese (highly recommend the jalapeño version), chicken salad, chocolates, etc. Just...
Read moreThis place is awesome. My dad came in for a visit from Illinois and my daughter and I surprised him with a trip to the winery. We did the $30 tasting which included a beautiful platter of cheeses, fruits, crackers and their chicken salad which was delicious and sample the many different types of wines they make and the history of each along with a tour of their chandelier room which had several beautiful chandeliers and a collection of antique furniture where parties and bridal showers are held. The staff was wonderful and Karen who did our tasting was very knowledgeable about the wines and the history of the winery. If your looking for a quaint place to go and enjoy some wine this is the...
