This is an amazing place to experience a habitat that has been largely destroyed by humans. For those botanically inclined several rare plants can be found here that occupy this very sandy soil. This is one of the few Scientific and Natural Areas that had some trails. It is also directly adjacent to a State Forest Campground. You will have good cellular reception here.
