The Barn at Adams Acres — Attraction in Otisco Township

I had my wedding here back in September 2024. It’s a beautiful venue and the owners seemed nice all throughout the planning except the day of. During the ceremony my ring got dropped in the crack of the barn and the male owners reaction was very hostile about us having to move the board to get the ring back. They were EXTREMELY strict with alcohol and did not act like they would be to that extent during the planning. Anytime you step into the parking lot someone is always following you asking where you’re going and then follows you to your vehicle. The male owner also came to me with problems going on that had nothing to do with me or my husband throughout the day. Immediately after the ceremony while we were signing out marriage license I was told we had to empty out the bridal suite even though they knew we had to go and do pictures right after so it made it stressful and felt rushed. They don’t let guests get any drinks during dinner, not even the bridal party, only my husband and I which I found ridiculous. You have to go through their alcohol vender and the vender ran out of beer an hour into the reception, and they didn’t have the same beer keg at their establishment so we had to get a different kind, they also ran out of rum and did not have a back up. The Barn at Adams Acres is absolutely lovely! The physical space has so much character, and is breathtakingly gorgeous. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. Bob and Dana are thoughtful, hospitable, and personable; both are so genuinely caring about the people they work with. We could not have asked for a more delightful experience for our wedding! It is obvious that Bob and Dana put their hearts into this venue, and into the weddings they host, making the day so unforgettable. I had the very best day of my life at Adams Acres, and I will forever feel thankful and blessed for the experience here! If you are considering Adams Acres for a wedding venue, there is no doubt in my mind that this magical place, and these wonderful people, will provide a day that you, and your guests, will remember with a happy heart...

As I’ve driven by many a time and seen this place hosting events I always thought man! If I ever got to have a wedding The Barn at Adams Acres is where I dreamed it could be.

I’d heard that they were booked out like 2 yrs. I had a vibe I needed to call and I had a date in mind. They were booked EXCEPT the day I had in my mind! I couldn’t have been more delighted.

Bob and Dana are great to work with. They host a beautiful setting. They checked in with us along the months getting to the date, answered any txts or calls with questions or advise I needed. They set up and tore down and moved the day along smoothly. They even brought us mimosas as and sandwiches. On top of that they are extremely nice folks.

I would def recommend their venue for your wedding or event.
