We recently bought a piece of property there. This is a nice little community with a POA park. The park sits next to a sandy beach. The water is super clear and shallow by the beach area. It's a great spot for the smaller kids to play. Everything is well maintained and staff were present on our trip. The water is almost Caribbean...
