Bad review for Lake Kohlmier Rentals, On June 1st, I was drowning in the swimming area and yes I know they aren’t lifeguards nor do I expect them to. I had gotten too far with a floatie and could not swim or even intend to get so far. But while I’m in the middle of the swimming area I’m screaming for help on the top of my lungs that even people across the lake could hear me cry for help. At this point my friend had ran and asked to pay for a life jacket to get me into safety but they said no as they were closing in 15 minutes. The wind had pulled me so far of the lake string saying “swimming area” knowing I had to flip myself off I had done so and at this point gulping for air and drowning, while pulling on the string and trying to get to safety. I was having a panic attack, had a leg cramp and pulled myself from a rope until I could touch with my feet (I’m 5ft). As in shock that I’m still alive. I literally got up to the lake kohlmier little store and they was standing there and would not look me in the eyes. As someone who just are cashiers at a place where people can drown, shouldn’t you have enough humanity to just try to save my life? Or have some training?
