When the order arrived there was one insulated bag with the Four Sixes logo and one description booklet and all 3 orders were piled into one container. I called, explained that my ordered was 3 gifts for 3 people and offered to pay for additional bags and booklets if I needed to do that. I was told that they would not sell, nor provide the bags and cooking instructions that should have been included with my orders. The meat may be good. I suspect that it probably is but customer service is completely lacking and we are left with gifts for 2 people that are completely without impact. Again, I offered to pay extra for something that I feel should have been included, and was told would havr been if the 3 orders had gone to 3 different addresses.
