To whom this may concern: Fred Lee Park needs a major upgrade. The practice football fields are not leveled and cause injuries to those playing football due to the ghost holes. It’s hard to find parking here on game days. The neighbors will not allow whistles to be blown. You might tear it all down and move the football fields away from the homes of people. Put the park, parking, courts, and concessions stands over there. Keep the fields away from the homes so they won’t bother people.
