It was AMAZING! My family and went over the weekend. Let's first start with the camp sites. The camp sites were large and very accommodating for my brother his wife and four kids including my daughter and I. There was more shade trees then you can shake a stick at. Nice size wooden table and nice fire pit. There was a sturdy pole to hang a lantern or trash bag... your choice. The pad for the tents was extremely large. Now the bath rooms and shower house were extremely clean for a camp ground and as far as I could tell the grounds guy was always on top of keeping things clean. All bathrooms had running water and soap.... let's talk about the staff .. when u arrive you will go through a check in process and this is were you will get a welcome feeling. They were fast and prompt on checking us in they answered all of the questions I had. You will have a park ranger circling around to make sure everyone is safe and falling the rules but he is very laid back and easy going. The dirt bike trails are but only a block away and from there you can reach the sand pits and off roading area. Which brings me to the end of this review, there are places were you can go off roading with ur trucks and jeeps. Be sure to pay ur $10 entry fee ... I my self had a blast even when I was stuck and with 5 min people were there to pull me out. We will...
Read more5 star riding but gets 3 stars because of internet and the fact I had to kill multiple brown recluse spiders while I was showering.... They have WiFi but it's a joke just to tease you with because it doesn't work at all. What's even more fun is mobile internet service in the campground is hit or miss, some spots it's ok and others you can't even send a message (average experience in our group was poor service overall, with multiple different cellular carriers). Restrooms were decently clean showers hd spider problems and the shower heads worked in some showers and others just ran a stream of water. Great place to ride. Easy riding to technical trails there's a little of everything for everyone. It is a bit dusty so I would recommend a bandana or face covering as well as a pair of riding goggles. Our group camped for the weekend, we had three campsites and seven RZR'S, and three extra car and had plenty of room to park There's no parking in the grass and all vehicles including ohv's must park on the pad. Flags and helmets are required as well as riders must purchase a pass. I plan on returning in the future, we had a lot of fun. I took some video and may add some still photos at...
Read moreNice clean park. Variety of terrain for all different skill levels. Can’t say enough about the staff as well as the other friendly people that visit the park. Had a bit of a mishap with a broken tie rod and leaking axle that left us stranded in the woods. Group of riders went for help and a ranger quickly responded. I was able to get a ride from another guest to a service road where I was picked up by a ranger who drove me to my vehicle in order to get parts to do repairs on the trail. Unfortunately I was unable to locate any dealers that had the parts and had to return with family to try and tow my crippled vehicle out. Again the Ranger was their to help. When I arrived back at the vehicle one of the riders that I had met earlier had returned to check on us to see if we were still there and if we needed anything. Both the guest Rick and the Ranger stayed with us until we were safely out of the woods and loaded on the trailer. I’m am thankful for all the good people that stopped to help us especially for Rick and the Ranger, sorry I didn’t get your name. It’s good to know that in this crazy world we live in that there are still some good...
