Bowerman Blueberries Farm Market — Attraction in Park Township

We ordered food at their new food station that is located to the right when you walk inside the store. I ordered a sandwich and my wife ordered her sandwich separately. My food took 35 minutes. My wife waited 55 minutes for her food, we asked if they were making it and they didn’t know anything about it. We ended up cancelling her order.

We thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went to order a couple ice cream cups because other people were getting ice cream somewhat faster than the food. They gave me the food pager and I waited 15 mins with no page. I went to the counter again and asked if they had my order, again they weren’t aware of my order.

We spoke with another person that was waiting for her food too and she was waiting longer than us to get her pizza she ordered. She had to ask about it and I believe they gave her a refund too.

The workers were nice, but they were managed very poorly, they were very inefficient, and had many errors in just this one visit. Good food and ice...

I gave it a three today because I'm normally happy with bowerman's but today I drove several miles out there to pick up caramel apples and pumpkin donuts that they normally always, always have in the freezer where you can buy and buy the dozen and I've never went there not been able to get caramel apples. Mind you this was 4 hours before they close and I feel like if you're going to be selling things like caramel apples and pumpkin donuts during the fall season they need to always be on hand, The lady was nice but sort of on the monotone side and seemed really unimpressed and really didn't seem to care that I drove out several miles for that. I just didn't think I had to call every time I wanted to come out and get those things which is only once a year! Now I know I do! Well what have spent quite a bit of money there today cuz I usually don't just buy caramel apples and pumpkin donuts but, not today! I really kind of ruined my day to be...

My husband and I are from southern IL. Last year we discovered Bowerman’s while on vacation. The blueberry pie was one the highlights of our trip!! This summer, we had to go back to get more pie & bring our pup, too! We LOVE Bowermans! Everything is delicious. Some of our favorites are the blueberry lattice pie, blueberry handpies, blueberry waffle coffee, and the blueberry salsa. Olive (our pup) gave a 10/10 to the blueberry dog treats!
