My roommate goes to opota at tri C and my daughter and I had to drop off something to him and happened to see this park! Luckily wasn't too chilly out but I can't wait to go when it's summer I'll make the 25 min drive that's how great it was. My daughter is 12 still loves playgrounds but she's the size of an adult 5 foot 4.. so most are too small for her and she has adhd needs to get energy out! We loved they have turf with a obstacle type course/fitness plus had fitness things to the side and a wonderful playground. I saw they had a pool and huge field as well. But being its December we didn't stay to long it was little cold. But she said it was best park she'd been to! I'm glad we...

We went as a part of a corporate challenge in double elimination baseball. I used to go to the pool here as a kid. In Parma, you had few pool options: the one in Parmatown (which is currently under renovation), the down the road on State Hill, or this one. People weren't supposed to bring their dogs into the baseball diamond area, but they did anyway. The downside to that was that someone brought a big dog, let him take a huge deuce right in the busiest part of it by the concession stands and didn't clean it up. The only other downside was that the infeild seemed to be made of kitty litter. DO NOT SLIDE IN. My husband has a knee-scrape that is still healing from over...

When I went to James day Park AKA Nike site Park it was wet and it takes a long time for the grass to dry here because of all the trees. But that's what makes us park so pretty. I grew up across the street from this park and I visited to play disc golf for the first time here and it was a lot of fun. The course layout is very nice. This used to be an old missile park back in world war II where they would hold Nike missiles hence the...

This used to be a better playground! Now city Of Parma does not have any extra time for their citizens , in means of putting some extra mulch, so kids do not get so muddy and dirty . Two stars for nice structure, thou. Edit: It has been few weeks since I wrote my previous review, and now I can say the city of Parma cared enough to put a lot of good new mulch. Thank you! Now we are trying this pool. Will right a review later.

Great park for the kids to play. They have a bunch of playground equipment that is perfect for the kids and adults to use, even a Ninja Worrier set up. Very cool. Nice location, clean, safe and easy parking.

Big park with a lot of options. 8 soccer fields, 4+ softball diamonds. 2 separate playgrounds. 3 or more pavilions. All maintained really well by the city. We've been going here for years.
