I’ve been going to the Middleton’s Fall Festival for the past few years, and my fam & I have loved it.
This year we booked a Fire Pit for a party for my kids. We had a bunch of kids and their families there, and when the time came to get set up at our Fire Pit, I discovered that… I HAD put the WRONG DATE on my calendar for our reservation, and our reservation wasn’t until the following week!!!
I was pretty sure it was my error (upon later inspection, it definitely was my mistake), but with 10 kids and their parents there with us, wanting hot dogs & s’mores, I figured I’d just ask if there was anything they could do for us at the Info Desk.
They were fully booked, understandably. I asked if there was anything else we could do, and at that point, one of the owners walked by. His awesome team member (the woman who had patiently been listening to me ask for help we were both pretty sure she couldn’t offer) called him over…
And he said they had actually created a brand new fire pit that day - the first reservation for it was the following day. So his team hurried out there, set up the fire pit, brought out a table, and TOTALLY rescued my kids’ party!
I couldn’t believe it, the team at Middleton’s went WAY above & beyond just to to help us out, and we had a completely unforgettable Middleton’s birthday party. Several of my kids’ friends said it was the best birthday party EVER! I agree, thanks so much to the team who totally helped us out. 💖
I was a fan before, and am absolutely overflowing with gratitude for the care, kindness, and generosity they showed me in that embarrassing, stressful moment. Truly unforgettable.
It’s also THE MOST FUN way to spend a fall afternoon/eve with...
Read moreThis is the Disney price with the chuck e cheese feel. You pay 30 bucks per person to just look around. Overpriced everything inside from food, picking strawberries, bag of dirt you maybe find something 50 dollars, waste of money. Don't buy season passes they are not worth it either, you only get 1(one - Uno) guess passes per season pass holders, so a family of 4 coming is 400 dollars and another 200 dollars each time if you want to do the fun thing inside. I HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS AND DONT COME TIL YOU FIX YOUR OVER PRICED EVENTS!
EDIT: Yes, I paid 20.48 for a single entry TODAY with taxes, not 30 dollars after paying for a season pass that was supposed to cover my wife and I to go all year. But not sure if you changed the website from February when we bought our season pass to only give 1 guess pass per SEASON ticket holder.
You say you have 60+ days a year to visit the farm but you do understand people have jobs and live far away( like myself) they can't come and why would they for the prices you charging. I spent over a 100 dollars today to visit without tickets prices.
All 60 attractions? LMFAO, unless you are a child you have nothing for adults there EXCEPT ways to charge more money. I am shocked we didn't have to pay to take photos or take photos with items left on the farm. You are acting like your farm is not making enough money hand over fist of cash on the backs of families.
REFUND PLEASE...
Read moreOrganized festival layout that allows many toddlers, families and single adults to participate and have fun. Enjoyed coming to this farm during the week when it was less crowded and then on the weekend (Saturday) when it was super busy. We appreciate the worker, Amanda, who was working at the Jumping Pillows activity zone. She was very welcoming and respectful to the children hopping in and off the pillows and provided same courtesy to parents. Farm was accommodating with coordinating our class field trip.
Appreciated these baby stations and clean restrooms near the front entrance market. There is a baby changing table in women’s bathroom. That changing table is much warmer for you and baby/toddler than baby changing stations outside. There is two baby changing stations-one near the zipline and in the super tube slide area.
Grateful for these stations since they allow us parents/caregivers enough space to change our kiddo and necessary hygiene items we need to have on hand.
Also for the hay ride that head towards the flower gathering area and super tube slides 🛝 you can place your stroller on the hay ride! Many park their strollers near the hay ride entrance but if you plan to stay an extended amount of time away from principal entrance area, take your stroller! Folks were so patient with us to bring...
