Paulding County Fairgrounds — Attraction in Paulding

Absolutely pitiful! I have been going there for many years. Always loved the different vendors, tools , crafts, foods and getting to run into old friends. For the past 6 years or more the festival has been declining and getting very expensive. Some of the vendors have told me that they can't afford to return because the sites have become too expensive. They not only have to pay for sites but they must pay for their help. My opinion, the people who are running the festival, the fair board, have destroyed this great get together for more money. I went with my kids because they posted on line that they we're free rides from 1-5pm everyday starting Saturday. I live a hour a way to get there not everybody has money . We get there and there was no free rides at 1:30pm on Sunday I talked to someone about it and all I got was it doesn't start till Monday that was so false advertisement and they didn't try to fix anything so then we left and traveled 1 hour to get home. major...

Unfortunately, we arrrived a day late, however, the President of the fair, visited with us for some time. He said the Paulding fair is the very first in all of Ohio. Admission is always free, unless a special event is scheduled for the grandstand. This year they hired a full rodeo. We look forward to...
