I let it thaw in the fridge for a couple days then marinated with A1 and soy sauce and left it overnight in the fridge. Grilled it at high heat (550) for 9 minutes total and …perfection. Local Farm beef is the way to go.

😮 omg meat is amazing!!! We visited this farm and were surprised how everything so cozy and cute. The guy showed us everything we needed and explain a lot of information. We ordered beef samples and it tastes soooo much better than any meat we had before. Love it!

Picked up some incredible meat can’t wait to taste them all. Picked up some treats for the puppy too who gave it 10 stars! Has kept him busy all afternoon.

I am so happy to have found this farm. Everything they sell is above and beyond anything found in supermarkets. The beef is the best I have ever had as is the chicken and pork. The frozen fish is less expensive than buying it online which is great as well. The eggs, milk, CHOCOLATE milk, and cheese are better tasting and creamier than any other brand.
