Pratt Gardens -Event Venue — Attraction in Pendleton

I know the Pratt Family personally and they are nothing short of an amazing family. This is also true for their venue and the service they are dedicated to provide to you when you chose Pratt Gardens.

If you don't want to read my full review just know this. Pratt Gardens is a lovely venue overlooking Eastern Oregon wheat fields that rise into the Blue Mountains. Their staff is amazing!

Ruth is helpful, insightful, and caring. She made sure that our wedding had everything it needed.

Months before our wedding; She sat down with my wife and I and made sure she knew what we wanted for our wedding day.

Weeks before the wedding Pratt Gardens reached out and asked how the wedding planing was going and again made sure that if they could help in anyway, they would. Luckily my wife and I had most of the logistics and planing done.

Days before the wedding they gave us advice on where to put food, drinks, dance floor, DJ, and helped with how the flow of the wedding would hopefully go.

Day of the wedding: everything was perfect! except the weather. Ruth and Robbert assured me that " It will be perfect rain or shine".

As gusts were arriving in their privet parking lot, Pratt Gardens employees shuttled guests from the parking lot to the venue. They made sure groomsmen and bridesmaids were taken care of. They also shuttled them back as needed.

We had an amazing and fun wedding. It was perfect, and i mean perfect even with the rain!

I cannot express enough how perfect Pratt Gardens was for my daughter’s wedding. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into another world. The home is perfectly situated on the land, giving you this incredible sense of privacy and seclusion, as though you’re in your own little paradise. The views are just breathtaking—the backdrop of the Blue Mountains with sprawling fields of crops surrounding the property creates a level of natural beauty that's rare to find in venues of this caliber.

What truly made this experience exceptional, however, were the hosts, Rob and Ruth. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless. Ruth's incredible attention to detail and her gift with landscaping brought an extra layer of magic to the venue. Every corner was thoughtfully designed, with vibrant greenery and well-kept flowers making the whole place feel like it belonged in a fairy tale. And then there’s Rob, who knows how to keep a lawn lush and green—he even mowed the entire property to perfection before the big day! That level of care and dedication did not go unnoticed.

If there was a rating for a “5-star plus one,” I’d happily give them the extra star. Pratt Gardens is truly something special, and we’re so grateful to have celebrated such an important day in a place with so much charm, peace, and beauty. My husband and I had the pleasure of celebrating our wedding at Pratt Gardens, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Rob and Ruth were incredible hosts, treating us with such kindness and always there to help with anything we needed. Our guests were thoroughly impressed, complimenting both the wedding and the beautiful location throughout the event. The ceremony we held there was beautiful, and the transition into cocktail hour and the reception was seamless. This was such a special moment for me and my now husband, and it was an absolutely AMAZING day! We got married on August 30th, and the weather was perfect.

The venue offered fantastic spots for photos, capturing every special moment perfectly. My bridesmaids and I especially enjoyed staying overnight in the guest house, which was fully stocked with everything we needed. We made the most of the sauna, hot tub, and pool. Our family, who came from out of town, also got to enjoy the pool the following day as we had booked an extra day. The groomsmen had a blast in the game room, which also provided some amazing photo opportunities.
