Visiting the vistas tests patience and your willingness to trek on. I have never done this and moving from places roads to strictly suspicious mountainous rocky roads while tiring, the views were absolutely worth it. This particular one was good, not the best, but a good way to break up the trail to each.

Beautiful view all seasons of the year! Some locals visit the view on a routine basis. Most stop and are not there long. Occasionally, some will bring up lawn chairs to hang out. There is not much parking. All should check out Penns View and also Chocolate drop Vista if...
