Toddy Pond — Attraction in Penobscot

Had the amazing opportunity to spend a night at 328 Gus Moore Road on Toddy Pond this week. It is an AirBNB and it has 7 bedrooms so you can fit plenty of people! The house itself is beautiful with everything you need to enjoy the lake- kayaks, paddle boat, fishing rods, a canoe, etc. There are movies and video games and board games for rainy days. Fans in every room, and a bathroom on the first and second floors (also a half bath on main floor). The wrap around deck was perfect for morning coffee and sunset dinners! ...

The water was clean, clear & refreshing in September. It was quiet and peaceful at night with quite a bit of boat activity during the day. We really enjoyed the loons noises and seeing one run along the water for quite a long distance. We didn't see a brilliant sunset because of foggy weather plus smoke from Canada fires the days we were there. We did see a little red color & then an awesome lightening show...
