Lake Wilhelm — Attraction in Perry Township

My husband and I absolutely love it here. We visited many times before we got engaged, it's where he proposed to me, and we have been here countless times since we got engaged. This is our place of solice and where we go when we need to destress. I love to fish and take pictures of all the incredible scenery and wildlife while he has his camera glued to himself. From eagles to osprey to herons and everything in between. If you are looking for a relaxing place to go and forget about life, this is it. 😎 August 15,2025 I’ve been stopping here for years . The bicycle trail loops a portion of the lake it’s a paved path,I think it’s about 12 miles one loop. The marina has been completely torn down and rebuilt so it features newer bathrooms,snack bar,fishing bait etc.There are hiking trails to but I mostly Bicycle and SUP Stand Up Paddle Board …..Pack a lunch spend the day off the beaten path… The lake is located about 60 miles North on RTE79 Exit...

The people here are some of the best people we have had the pleasure of camping with, and the lake at Goddard State Park is a mile away.
