The Petal Dog Park — Attraction in Petal

Could be a nice park but whoever is in charge of maintaining it isn’t doing a very good job , there’s a cess pool along the fence on big dog side that’s been there for at least a year that’s there even when there’s no rain that’s disgusting but nothing is done about it , also the fencing at the bottom separating small dog side from large is not secure and dogs can go under , also few regulars with aggressive dogs come here, you can’t bring your dog and let them be free to run , you have to make sure they don’t get into sewage cess pool or aggressive dog doesn’t come from under fence to attack your dogs, whoever is in charge , from what I understand parks and recreation needs to...

Absolutely love this place! I have a 8 year old chocolate lab and her 14 month old puppy. This place has a large are for big dogs and mine LOVE to go there. As soon as I say "Let's go to the park", they go crazy! They start making funny happy noises and are standing in front of the door ready to go. The only downside is that the trash is not being picked up...

Well fenced, two gate system, to let your animal in and out. Park benches to sit and watch your pet. All of the area well grassed. With a plastic kids play pool with water. Poop bags and dump station to clean up...
