Every CSA week, we receive a picture-perfect assortment of root vegetables, brassicas, mixed greens, herbs, squashes, fruits, and alliums. Each CSA box provides an assortment of clean and prana-filled eating for a great price that competes or beats farmers’ markets. We’ve experienced other CSAs who fill their boxes with over-ripe, over-priced, or bug damaged produce—not Coyote. We always feel that every box is top pick and freshly harvested for members, ready for a photo ad or just your family meal.
