So yes, there is an 8 dollar vehicle entry charge. It is worth it if you plan to spend the day. We parked at Hearts Desire Beach and did the half mile trail up and over to Indian beach. Totally different atmosphere and noise level ay Indian beach. Hearts Desire had alot of loud, cooking families (great place for that). We wanted some quiet and sit time. Indian beach satisfied with peace, beautiful view, quiet and water. Good place.

It’s a nice trail walk from the Heart Desire’s Beach to the Indian Beach. You’ll find several different types of berries along the way, and there are sign to help spotting them. I really like the coffeeberries, never seen or tasted them before (it’s bitter just like coffee). The beach is nice, with white sands and shells and shades (from trees)

It's a .5 mile or .8 km from the parking lot. There are steps, plaques, and a bridge along the way. The beach is nice, with lots of crushed shells...
