I just visited for the first time and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this fantastic business. Clean, welcoming, and FUN.

Our very large group included two young children, two seniors, a dog, swimmers and non-swimmers alike and we all had a great time at the grounds.

Food- amazing, yummy organic and fresh local options. We had snacks and really enjoyed the lemonade and ice creams. We will plan to have our meal on site next time.

Bathrooms- clean, well-stocked and surpassed my expectations from reading other google reviews. I have travelled the globe and these bathrooms are well above average (I did not find anything alarming about them at all), especially considering the location of the grounds to begin with. Their location on the grounds is very convenient as well. Nicer bathrooms would require a feat of engineering and also luxury resort ticket prices, so I am more than pleased with the current situation.

Grounds- heavenly location, very clean, and organized. The bbq areas, picnic tables, lawn and corn hole are all near the gated pool area so our family felt near each other while doing separate activities. Having a bright green lawn to run on during the summer was so fun for us. The pools were a dream come true and felt like swimming in a warm bath. It was a hot sunny day and very refreshing to take a dip in these pools. Parking was organized and free on site.

Staff- the cherry on top! I am very appreciative of their unmatched customer service here. I had a rapidly developing situation with my family and the staff assisted me with solutions that worked for everyone involved. I felt seen, trusted and cared for - all during my first visit ever. Front line staff is well trained to report up to managers if needed. Communication works well throughout this staff and to customers- management was able to clearly let me know what their policies are and ways they could help. Lifeguards were very attentive, patient and informative and gave many gentle reminders ahead of closing time (very helpful with the kiddos!) I saw staff picking up trash and genuinely enjoying working together. Every staff member had a position that they were attentive to and were executing it well and with a smile. It was an amazing vibe that they created for us. I can say their team work and customer service is top tier and rare to find these days.

Overall - my large multigenerational group had an amazing time. Staff were friendly and kind. Snacks were delicious. Pools...

  • Update * spoke with Shaun. We chatted about what happened and my concerns. Hopefully things will be brought up in the next staff meeting and I'll see some much needed changes but only time will tell. I'm just still a little weary that things will stay the same, but now I know I can always bring things to the staff's attention as they are happening. I Do feel better after our long conversation though. I still feel like there should be an up charge and less people. I think that would help with the over crowding. I also think they should have more lawn furniture in the pool area, with allowing 500-600 and with the combined pools of 170 people allowed this only makes sense. Also with the covered area inside pool area where you can have food or drinks should be utilized to its full advantage with seating, tables, chairs, water etc... Then for the bbq area there should be a member's area so the members feel like they are special and are getting something more then just a guest paying the 12 dollar fee to access the grounds. Last but not least the bathrooms which I forgot to mention to Shaun should be kept up by the hour. With that many guests and only have 2 stalls they get dirty fast. Oh and I would take the items off the back of the door on the inside of the stall. It's too hard to help your child use the bathroom with the door closed with those items attached.

Very disappointed and wish I never purchased a membership. This has by far been the worst year yet for my family. Between the long waits and confusion at the gate, the limited parking, the overcrowding at all bbq areas and seating inside pool area, dirty rundown bathrooms, completely full pools to the point where you can't move and the unfriendly staff I have stopped wanting to come to Morton's at all. We were even treated poorly this past weekend which has completely pushed me over the edge. I'd rather save my $600 for a family vacation or something that I actually feel good about. As a member you really don't get much of anything. Sad and totally...

Morton Warm Springs is like stepping into paradise. There are two large pools (and a baby pool) fed by a nearby geothermal springs so they are very warm - no shivering kids over here! It feels so nice and cozy, and I love that there are no yucky pool chemicals! The setting is idyllic - full of beautiful trees and mountains with cute chirping birds, and there are literally beautiful butterflies and dragonflies flying around, popping by to say hello! Don’t bother bringing snacks or a picnic because they’ve got you covered! The cafe selections are very intentional and you can tell they have taken a lot of care to choose the best local suppliers. They have delicious organic food that’s both friendly for kids (think gourmet hot dogs or grilled cheese) and healthy options for adults (beautiful seasonal salads). There are ice cream options galore, including soft serve made with Strauss. But my favorite part is cooling down with a giant mason jar of homemade lemonade! Morton’s is the best pool my family has ever visited and a true Sonoma gem. It’s obvious that the people working there care deeply for creating a 5 star pool experience for their community! Thank you Morton’s...

Edit: Warm springs on a hot day! This place is super family friendly and really well done - a bygone era of leisurely days spent with your children, friends, and family, reincarnated for the modern era. The Morton folks have it down - from the entrance where a friendly greeter asks if you've been there before and proceeds to chat you up if you say it's your first time (it was)... The ease of unloading your cooler and family right on to the grassy picnic area to set up shop for the day... the overflow parking with plenty of room OUT of sight of the main area... the little cafe that serves organic choices and the only place I've ever been with an actual child-size ice cream... the pools themselves, which, while eventually slick with sunscreen over the course of the day, were a pleasant 85-87 degrees.Stopped short of 5 stars because the changing rooms were a bit unclean and felt dirty, and you just have to look past how crowded it is and how many people are probably peeing in the pools. Just put that aside and enjoy your time in a really lovely place that celebrates families. 😁 We'll be back for another (not Father's) day!

This was our first time going to Morton's Warm Springs and we fell in love when we pulled in. This is a wonderful hidden gem in Sonoma County. Trust me, if you or the kids like swimming this is the place to go! The price is fair for entry. It has everything for the family. 3 geothermal mineral pools (1 is a kiddo pool) and showers. A lot of picnic spots and space. It has plenty of BBQ areas. Just bring your own supplies and get there early to get the spot you want. It also has the sonoma creek running through the land so you can take a dip in the creek. Its pet friendly! Plus they have a fabulous cafe that you need to try! The staff is very nice and friendly! The whole atmosphere is very chill and relaxed. Thank you for the wonderful day Morton's Warm Springs and staff! We will be coming back!
