Needs to add more ramps like a quarter pipe make more run way for one side of the stair set. Add a nice flat bar and it would be an amazing park. I feel like they did not talk to skateboarders when...

No ramps, no incline, just a small concrete plaza with a few random obstacles. It was clean when i went but i don't even think it's worth the trip.
