Yapa Mini Park — Attraction in Phoenix

Has a water fountain, sturdy play equipment, some area shade, grass, benches.

Neighbor across the street has a large dog and the driveway gate doesn't look like it's often shut. While visiting a resident had to chase a large dog whom was chasing a smaller dog. One resident seemed to be concerned for it's life. This happened in an non-gated area and I had my puppy with me playing on the equipment.
