We made the decision to purchase a 1/2 cow when the beef supply went down and the prices skyrocketed. I wanted to try some ribeye and New York strip before we pulled the trigger, so I purchased some from black creek at the farmers market in Hancock county. THEY WERE FANTASTIC!

Their pork smoked sausage tastes wonderful and I'm only holding back one star because I've visited their farm, seen their adolescent pig, still cute, chickens, ducks, cows. Great place to see. Purchased a half cow from the owner, Michael. Michael is very knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to answer my questions and the entire process went smoothly.
