NOT FIRST TIME BEING HERE!!! Out of All the times that I have gone I felt that this time with the DEL RECORDS event 8/16/2015 it was OUT OF CONTROL. They didn't have enough securities for the amount of people they had. NOT that they do a very good job anyway. I have no clue why people even take there children here ( Not a place to take them in my opinion) there is a bunch of fights, drunks, drugs and a lot of smokers. and most of the kids are crying. The BARTENDERS try to rob you when you buy alcohol one minute they are saying one price another there giving you a higher price. And they have no consideration that your in line for so dam long up to an hour, so all they can do is rob you when you do finally get to the front of the line. Yes i understand there busy so I DO NOT expect the customer service to be at 100%, but that is not my fault. any way i just didn't like the fact they change the price. The Bathroom line wasn't ridiculous this time around though so I guess that was the only good part. OH! and this time they actually did have all the artist that was on the flyer. I hope they fix...
Read moreDefinetly not the original from the alley but given the politics and fees and "safety" issues and lack cleanliness mentioned as to why they closed it at ave26 then i guess this will have to do. I really enjoy this family place because if you have no plans for an evening kn a weekend then most definetly this is the place to go. 1st definetly expect to pay $20 for anything as most cost per item is that much ie beer/cocktails around $15, food plates vary between $8-$20, aguas more or less $8 etc etc so i plan to spend about $100 per couple atleast. I understand its the cost that goes up due to location and so on. Anyways, kids friendly, ive seen pets friendly, and always a blast seeing the mexican dancer guy i forgot his name and chocolate uno is epic as always. Food is good ive tried lime 75% of it all and no disappointment. Vendors have unique items and my fave is the crocs candy aka charms or watever and the dj all day playing great tunes some are better than lthers but great...
Read moreInteresting venue. However we were at the Gorillaz concert and there was no shade, no access to water once the crowd filled in for the concert. We were up front by the stage for 7 hours, with no easy access to water, no shade, and no way to cool off. The security guards began throwing water out to the audience, but that stopped and then they started pouring water into people's mouths and hands, which was helpful but not nearly enough. My son almost passed out from dehydration. A cooling station or tents would have been amazing. They did have a medic station that handed out sunscreen, which was helpful. The sound system was awesome! And the food prices were comprable to other concert food prices. We missed the last few songs of the Gorillaz after being in the mosh pit, because we had to get out and get water, so that was...
