Great little day use area and park with walking trails. The walking paths are paved and well shaded under the trees. A wheelchair would be able to make it all the way to the lookout gazebo, but it would be a work out for the person pushing back to parking lot. The signs say fishing is available, but I think it would be difficult to get true access to the river from the parks pathways. The bluffs are well eroded and it would be a steep scramble for most. In fact, a portion of the trail nearest the river had washed away and was blocked with caution tape, so be aware. The bathrooms were pretty dirty from lack of use and many bugs have made it their home. The playground equipment looks relatively weathered, however still usable.
