Orlando Watersports Complex — Attraction in Pine Castle

Just returned from a disappointing experience here.

1. I called yesterday because I had a complicated ticket order. I wanted the get up guarantee on 3 family members of different ages. I asked if they could take their lesson together as a family. They said no since my son is 9 years old. That was fine. I asked if I could book over the phone since I had a complicated order. The answer was no. They take online orders only no exceptions.
2. I forgo a Groupon coupon because I want to book as a group if possible and I want to use their website so I book online the day before and complete the liability forms.
3. we show up 20 minutes early the next day and with their fancy online system they’ve booked on top of my son’s lesson
4. they do not honor my son’s appointment and make him wait an hour
5. due to this mistake my son only gets 3 or his 4 hours because the park closes at 8 pm
6. the service recovery offered was a 4 hour credit later in the week for my son only. We are here on vacation and cannot take advantage due to their plans. Also, it includes no other family members so if we were to come back I would have to pay for my husband or daughter because my son is not going to come alone. I find this incredibly self serving.
7. I suggest simply refunding 1 hour of my son’s lesson. A $15 refund and I would feel that my family was treated fairly. But of course the answer was no.
8. we leave with a t shirt that doesn’t fit my son (they don’t have youth sizes). Ok - I guess this is a step up from absolutely nothing. This management team needs to take a trip to Amazon and learn how to treat their...

Wow, just Wow!! My family of 5 has been to Orlando many times and finally decided to skip the parks and try some other activities. We had THE BEST day at Orlando Watersports Complex. My two older boys had a cable lesson which is followed by 4 hours of cable use. Myself and my youngest signed up for 4 hours of the blow up water park. Never did I think we'd stay the whole time, but sure enough we had to drag them out when our time was up! Jordan was the boys instructor and was absolutely AWESOME!! He was so kind, encouraging and laid back, they loved it! One of my boys can get frustrated easily, but Jordan may him feel comfortable and gave him the confidence to keep going for it. Nathan was the lifeguard on duty for the waterpark, he was so friendly and kind to the kids, and didn't mind chatting with this Mom while keeping an eye on the park. And don't worry about alligators, that was the first thing I asked and Nathan assured me they'd have to walk 5 miles and cross 2 highways to land in the pond. The complex also has food for purchase which was excellent! No junk here, just delicious, homemade flatbreads and bowls with fresh ingredients.
