A 'hidden gem' in the heart of Pineville. Fort Randolph doesn't have much, but that is the beauty of this area. There are a couple of walking trails that are on boardwalks that go through the woods. On the trail that is behind the station, there is an eagle's nest. Then once you walk past the pond and under the overpass, you will find more elevated trails to walk around. It is an 'untouched', quiet terrain for you to explore.

Very nice, low key museum. They start off with a 12 minute video which is very informative. The museum is well put together and the attendant very gregarious and helpful. The walk around the sites, although very cold out on this day, was enjoyable. I highly recommend

Lovely place to snap some pictures and take in the scenery. Walking trails were well maintained and acceptable for many levels of mobility. Stop by the visitor center and say hello to the staff- they are very friendly and knowledgeable.
