Neat place to see, highly recommend. Not private property. Going out on the bridge is definitely a sketchy feeling, but very cool. Bring a good flashlight. Bring appropriate footwear for walking on the bridge and walking through puddles in the tunnel. You don’t want to fall down into the river below you because your oversized shoe lace got stuck on a railroad spike.

Directions: Park next to the icon for “Train Tunnel And Bridge”. You can see a picture of a car on the parking pull off in satellite view. Walk up the walking path by the structure with the fence. This structure is right across from the pull off. That will take you to Tunnel #1. Go through the tunnel and you will pop out at...

Went July 2024. The walls and ceiling have fallen more. Suggest muck boots or rubber boots. Water now fills the tunnel. We did not try to navigate because of the newly fallen rocks and beams. Def. I highly doubt that's true. But it's to add to the spooky aspect. Also it was in a movie. Within the dark or...

Parking is limited but located very close to the head of the trail. The trail itself is very flat and easy, once you reach the tunnel the entrance has begun to collapse and you have to climb over and thru the debris to get down into the tunnel. The tunnel itself is relatively clear but has a large accumulation of water on one side especially near the exit near the tressle. The tressle is as expected, very deteriorated and definitely not something I'd recommend walking on, but it is very...
